We hope you love your new specs, but we also understand that the world is not perfect.
Problem with your Lenses?
If your lenses are faulty, or we have made an error (it rarely happens), we will of course fix it. Email us within 30 days of receiving your glasses and tell us what the problem is. We will arrange for new lenses to be fitted and we'll cover the cost of postage both ways.
Problem with your Frame?
If your frame is faulty, of course we will replace it, and cover the cost of re-fitting your lenses to a new frame, and the cost of postage both ways.
If you're not feeling the chemistry and you've changed your mind about the glasses you selected, you may return them within 30 days providing they have not been worn or used, damaged after delivery, and that no attempt has been made to alter the glasses. They must be returned in original condition, and in original packaging. You will need to cover the cost of postage and we recommend using a trackable postage service so that delivery can be tracked and verified. Naked Specs Optical cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in transit or are not received at our office.
After we receive your returned glasses and they have been inspected to ensure there is no damage, we will issue you with a store credit, less any re-fitting fee, for our online store. Your store credit will be valid for a period of 12 months.
If your glasses include custom lenses (any type of prescription), we will charge a re-fitting fee to cover the cost of removing the lenses so that they can be re-sold. The re-fitting fee is $40 inclusive of taxes.
