How to remove the bags under your eyes!

Do you look like a panda because of those dark circles under your eyes?

If you are.. then i have some tips here.

Step 1: Drink Plenty of water

This might be cause of eating a salty food or crying a lot. It doesn't matter if it's from tears you cried or food you eat, both may result into those eye bags. Salt can draw to your face and cause it to collect under your eyes. avoid drinks that cause dehydration to you and avoid salty foods for the entire day. If you drink plenty of water, it will flush excess salt from your system.

Step 2: Cool your eyes

Place something cold to your eyes like sliced cucumber, wet teabags and spoon that was chilled in freezer or refrigerator. it's perfect to treat those black circles surrounding your eyes.

Step 3: Conceal it!

Applying concealer under your eyes is another way to greatly reduce the appearance of your eye bags and makes you look more fresh for the rest of the day. Just make sure to apply a concealer with the same skin tone you have. and then follow it with a brush of powder to help it set and stay in place all day. Use a matte powder (not one with shimmer) and a blush brush to apply a little powder under your eyes.

Step 4: Treat your allergies

Eye bags are often a result of allergies that lead to inflammation in the face so if i were you.. i'll avoid the causes of it.

Step 5: Change your sleeping position

If your sleeping on your stomach or sides, there's a great tendency of waking up with under eye-bags. Why? because this position simply allows fluid to collect under the eyes during the night. If you are a side sleeper, it's pretty obvious that the other under eye-bags is larger than the other side of your eyes. It's better to sleep on your back more often. I know, i know.. it's really hard to adjust your sleeping position, but you may get used to it. Try adding pillows under your head and on your sides to make it easier to sleep on your back.

Step 6: Take care of your Facial skin

Since your facial skin is very much sensitive, it's prone to damage. This may lead to bigger bags under your eyes. On't ever go to sleep with your make up. It may irritate your eyes at night so it's very important to wash your face before sleeping. Use a good eye make up remover to gently remove those make ups.
